También radicó en Guipúzcoa una familia de este linaje. En Nájera (Logroño) hubo también Arandos. De la casa de la villa de Ermúa fué Juan de A., natural de Ermúa, que casó co doña María Pérez de Arrechúa, de la misma naturaleza, y fueron padres de Pedro de A., natural de Ermúa, Veedor de la Caballería del Rey y Contador mayor de Cuentas, que contrajo matrimonio con doña Isabel Mazuelo, natural de Madrid (hija de Juan Mazuelo, natural de Burgos, y de doña María de Sosa, natural de la Puebla de Montalbán, en la provincia de Toledo), naciendo de esa unión Pedro de A. Mazuelo, natural de Madrid y caballero de la Orden de Santiago, en la que ingresó el 4 de Febrero de 1626. Casó con doña Jacinta Escolano, de la misma naturaleza (hija de Lupercio Escolano, natural de la villa de Longares, en la provincia de Zaragoza, y de doña Isabel de Ledesma, natural de Constantín, en Portugal, y Azafata de la Infanta Margarita), y fueron padres de Bernardino de A. y Escolano, natural de Madrid y caballero de la Orden de Santiago, en la que ingresó el 9 de Mayo de 1658. ...
