Un Giuseppe, dottore in leggi, fu giudice della corte pretoriana di Palermo negli anni 1708-9, 1715-16 e giudice del tribunale del Concistoro 1719. Un Ignazio, a 2 luglio 1806, ottenne infeudazione del territorio di Nicolosi. Nell'elenco ufficiale nobiliare italiano è iscritto col titolo di barone di Nicolosi: Rosario Battaglia e Lascari, di Giorgio, di Isidoro; figli: Giorgio e di Giuseppe. Altro ramo.
