Origine del cognome Bleibler, provenienza: Germany

Titolo: Nobles
Araldica della famiglia: Bleibler
Corona nobiliare Bleibler Ancient and noble family from Germany, of clear and ancestral virtue, that has worldwide spread, over the centuries. The main branch of the family, however, moved its residence in Zurich. The clear nobility of the House is confirmed by the presence of its blazon in the valuable work "Familienwappen auf Zürcher Zünften" of Andreas Hasler. From the analysis of colours and symbols of the coat of arms we can have more information about the family virtues. The tincture red ("gules") is the symbol of strength, power but also fervent love for God and neighbour; the caduceus, with wings attached,... Continuaand entwined with two snakes, denotes balance and the union of opposing forces, that's why it is a symbol of peace and healing; the horns are symbol of strength and fortitude. According to tradition, this family, as a reward for valuable services rendered to Charles IV, Holy Roman Emperor, was admitted to the "Briefadel" (lit. "letter of nobility"), the so-called new nobility as opposed to "Uradel", a term coined only in modern times, in reference to noble families whose ancestral lineage can be traced back to before the Middle Ages. Moreover, the House, in all ages, always stands out, thanks to the prominent figures, which gave birth, in the public service, in the liberal and in the military service. Among these, without undervalue the omitted, we would like to mention: Friedrich, German landowner, flourishing in 1502; Gerard, jurist, flourishing in Bartenheim, in 1528; Ludwig, master of the field, flourishing in 1573; Hans Friedrich, jurist, flourishing in Uster, in 1604; Franz, landowner, flourishing in 1617; Georg, Lutheran pastor, flourishing in 1626; Gaudenz, jurist, flourishing in Zurich, in 1631; Felip, militiaman, under the banners of Charles VI; Karl, jurist in Uster, flourishing in 1772. Family names so old, without any doubt, honour not only the families but also the cities that welcomed them; seems to be, in fact, very worthy living members of this family which, with much decorum, carry this noble surname, which has had several illustrious persons.
