El mayor de estos cuatro hermanos fué bautizado en la parroquia de Palazuelos, lugar del partido judicial de Villadiego (Burgos), el 11 de Marzo de 1664, siendo Regidor de Trepadernes en 1704. Contrajo matrimonio en la villa de Oña, del partido judicial de Briviesca, en la misma provincia de Burgos, con doña María Alonso del Pino y Arnais, natural de Burgos, en cuya parroquia de San Lesmes fué bautizada el 1º de Abril de 1684 (hija de Juan Alonso del Pino y de doña Francisca de Arnais), naciendo de esta unión: José Fernández C., natural de Trespaderne, donde fué bautizado el 19 de Marzo de 1714. ...
