Diplomi del 3 e del 6 ottobre 1646 furono concessi i privilegi di cavalierato e di nobiltà a Don Francesco ed ai suoi figli e discendenti maschi da maschi, nonchè il diritto di fare uso dello stemma concesso col predetto diploma di cavalierato. In seguito, con R. Diploma del 7 maggio 1830, fu concesso al cavaliere, nobile don Efisio Paderi il titolo e la dignità di Conte di S. Marco, trasmissibile in linea primogeniale maschile. I membri di questa famiglia intervenirono alle corti generali nella qualità di nobili. Il primogenito di questa famiglia è S.E. il Conte di S.
