Valdés, Mayorazgo de su Casa, Teniente de Alguacil Mayor de Tenerife y Alcaide del castillo de San Juan. Doña María de C. era por su línea paterna nieta del Capitán Don Juan de C. Valdés y Molina, noveno nieto del Rey Don Pedro I "el Cruel" y de Doña María Ana de Granda y Valdés, natural de la provincia de Campeche de Indias, y por línea materna del Capitán Rafael Terry, Cónsul general del Rey de Francia en las Islas Canarias, natural de Rouen y de doña Beatriz Rico de Moya y Espinal, casados en La Laguna el 25 de mayo de 1671. Doña María era sucesora en le Mayorazgo fundado por Doña Beatriz Rico de Montoya y tuvo de su matrimonio con Don Juan Fernando Franco, dos hijos, Don Matías que sucede en el Mayorazgo y Don Juan Bartolomé que continúa la sucesión. Timbre: Corona del Marqués. Otra casa muy antigua.
