Nobility crown ConselveAggregata al Consiglio nell'anno 1081. Si denominò anticamente de Causelve ed anche da Conselve, Consalvo o Conselvo. Aldobrandino fè prova del suo valore e del suo amore alla patria in una disfida che, presente l'imperator Barbarossa, tenne con Enrico, tribuno dell'esercito alemanno che voleva detrarre, esaltando se stesso, all'italica prodezza. Aldobrandino fu vincitore nella lotta, per cui il Barbarossa stesso lo scrisse tra i cavalieri e lo fregiò del titolo di conte. Questa famiglia fu ascritta al Censo dell'anno 1273, e diversi appartennero al Collegio dei giudici, altri a quello dei dottori. Francesco nel 1391 fu spedito ambasciatore a Genova per trattare la pace. ...
