Elle a produit: Jean, tué à la bataille de Bouvines en 1214, Guillaume, croisé en 1248; René, gentilhomme de la chambre et chevalier de l'ordre du Roi en 1532, marié à Rennée du Plantis, dont entre autres enfants: René, chambellan d'Henri II et gouveneur de Nantes, père de René, marié à Renée Rannou, dame de Keribert, auteur de la branche établie en Bretagne, éteinte en 1770; Claude, chevalier de l'ordre, marié en 1571 à Marguerite de la Motte-Fouqué; Anne, comte de la Magnanne, chevalier de l'ordre, célèbre capitaine ligueur, abbé séculier de Lantenac, marié en 1588 à Marie de Tromelin, dame du Bourouguel, veuve du baron de Penmarc'h, mort en sans postérité vers 1610. A ce nom, on attribue un signe distinctif de noblesse représenté par le blason que l'on reproduit ci-dessous et qui confirme aussi à travers ses emblêmes, au point de vue historique et héraldique, l'assurance d'une valeur remarquable.
