Linaje originario de Aragón. Se extendió por Cataluña y Valencia. Luis F., señor de Estuveñy, del partido judicial de Enguera (Valencia) y caballero de la Orden de Montesa, traía su origen de un caballero aragonés llamado Francisco F., que floreció por los años de 1323 y pasó con el infante don Alfonso a la conquista de Cerdeña. En el año de 1399, Guillén F. costeó una de las tres galeras que salieron de Valencia para recoger en Francia al Papa Benedicto XIII. En las Cortes de Fraga de 1460, en la que fue jurado el rey don Juan II, estuvo, por el brazo de caballeros hijosdalgo, Antonio F, que era hijo de Francés F. y de doña Catalina Penavera. Este mismo caballero fue paje del rey don Fernando "el Católico", y en el año de 1506, trinchante del mismo monarca. Su padre, Francés F., fue receptor de las rentas reales de Aragón en 1419. Juan F. estuvo en las Cortes de 1498, en que fue jurado el príncipe don Miguel. Este mismo caballero asistió, en 1502, a la jura de la princesa doña Juana. Antonio F. fue sobrepuntero de la junta de Tarazona y asistió a las Cortes de 1515. Casó con doña Catalina de Amézqueta, a la que hizo madre de Antón F. En la ciudad de Játiva hubo casa de F., de la que fue Federico F. y Julián de Bederrides, natural de Valencia y del hábito de Montesa con fecha 11 de marzo de 1621. También fue natural de Játiva Francés F., padre de Luis F. de Stubeny y Pellicer natural de Játiva y caballero de la Orden de Montesa, en la que ingresó el 30 de junio de 1584. ...
