Tuvo su casa solar este linaje en las Montañas de Aragón. Sus caballeros se hallaron en la toma de Huesca y en otras batallas de la reconquista. Pedro de F. fué vecino de Uncastillo, villa del partido judicial de Sos, en la provincia de Zaragoza. A esta misma casa perteneció Tomás de F., natural de Uncastillo, que casó con doña Ana María Mallén, natural de Arguedas, en Navarra, y fueron padres de Tomás F. Mallén, natural de Arguedas, esposo de doña María Mercat, de la misma naturaleza, y ambos padres de Domingo de F. y Mercat, natural de Arguedas, y Capitán del Regimiento de Caballería de Extremadura y Caballero de la Orden de Santiago, en la que ingresó el 11 de Marzo de 1762. Otra casa radicó en la Ciudad de Zaragoza, y de ella procedió Jorge de F., Diputado Infanzón en 1602, y padres de Jerónimo Martín de F., natural y vecino de Zaragoza, que contrajo matrimonio con doña Mariana de Sola (hija de Bernabé de Sola, Notario de Caja de Zaragoza) y procrearon a Jerónimo de F. y Sola; Valeriana de F. y Sola; Sor Florencia de F. y Sola, religiosa, y Alonso de F. y Sola, de la Compañía de Jesús.
