Cette famille,maintenue dans sa noblesse en conséquence de la charge de préseident à la Chambre des Comptes de Montpellier, remplie en 1617 par un de ses auteurs, s'est éteinte il y a quelques années. Plusieurs de ses membres prirent part aux assemblées de la noblesse tenues à Montpellier et a Nîmes en 1789. Noble Henry, seigneur des Goys, Antraïgues et autres places demeurant au lieu de Thueyts, en Vivarais, diocèse de Viviers, fils légitime et naturel de feu messire Honoré, chevalier conseiller du PRoy, en ses conseils d'estat et privés, président de la Chambre des Comptes de Montpellier, demandeur en descharge de l'assignation à luy donnée devant M. de Bezons, a esté maintenu au titre de noblesse. Noble Charles, son frère ayné, seigneur de Marguerittes, dont la production fut faite avec tous les titres de leur famille, avec sa généalogie et procuration au sieur messire Jean Mognier, du 7 août 1668. L. de La Roque, dans l'Armorial de Languedoc donne V degrés de cette famille dont il termine la généalogie à Charles, seigneur de Marguerittes, conseiller du Roi, juge au présidial, qui épouse, le 28 avril 1731, Louise Moustardier. Nous trouvons aux archives départementales, registres d'insinuations, plusieurs actes intéressant cette maison. Le 1 mai 1611, Anne,fille de Claude, seigneur d'Aubusson et de Michelle de tardieu, épousa Guillaume d'Allamel. Sa sœur Firminie était en 1645, mariée à Pierre d'Allamel. Guillaume était, en 1734 procureur du duché de Joyeuse, marié à Marthe Brot dont: Claudine qui épousa, le 20 février 1734, Luois de Saint-Etienne de Borne Saint-Sernin, chevalier de Saint-Louis, capitaine major au régiment de Gatinois. ...
