Nobility crown GuiardTrès illustre maison de la Bretagne, d'une haute antiquité, dont les premiers auteurs connus sont: Robert, accompagne le duc Robert en Palestine, en 1096; Guillaume et Raoul firent une donation à l'abbaye de Montmorel en 1254; Raoul, capitaine de Saint-James, défendit cette place contre les Anglais en 1346; Gilles, chevalier de Rhodes, à la bataille de Nicopolis ebn 1398; Jean, au nombre des 119 gentilshommes qui défendirent le mont Saint-Michel contre les Anglais en 1423, prêta serment de fidélité au duc Jean V entre les nobles de Dol en 1437 et obtint de Charles VII en 1447, lettres d'abolition pou les exactions qu'il avait pu commettre pendant les guerres. Un page du Roi en 1767 qui a fait ériger la terre de Guiton en majorat au titre de vicomte en 1826. Cette famille s'est alliée en Bretagne auc Couvran, Ramilley, Budes, du Hallay, la Haye-Saint-Hilaire et Hay des Nétumières. Autre branche: Perrot, est de la monnaie et en a lettres et ne paie point de fouages, réformation de 1423, paroisse de Plancoët, Guillaume, vivant en 1469, père de Jean, marié à Geffline Julienne; Jean, arrière-petit-fils des précédents, épouse en 1590, Gabrielle de Launay, dame de Roblinais; Perronnelle, gouvernante des Clarisses de Dinan mort en 1625; un lieutenant de Roi de la ville de Dinan en 1668. ...
