Nobility crown IsazaLa casa solar de I. está en el Valle de Oyarzun, del partido judicial de San Sebastián, en Guipúzcoa, y es una de las originarias y antiguas pobladoras, de notoria calidad y nobleza. Algunos de sus caballeros sirvieron a los Reyes Católicos en el cerco de Loja, en la toma de Tajuña y en la conquista de Hornos, lugar del partido judicial de Cazorla (Jaén). También asistieron a la conquista de Granada. Martín de I. se halló en el socorro de Baeza, en 1227. Miguel de I., Señor de esta Casa, fué Capitán de Infantería de la gente con que el Valle de Oyarzun sirvió a Felipe II en 1558, en la entrada que las armas españolas hicieron en Francia, incendiando la villa de San Juan de Luz. Contrajo matrimonio con doña María García de Zuaznavar, hija del solar de Zuaznavar, en el mismo Valle de Oyarzun, y tuvieron este hijo Sebastián de I. y Zuaznavar, que casó con doña María Ruiz de Alquiza, del solar de Alquiza en Fuenterrabía, y procrearon a Marina de I. y Alquiza, esposa del Capitán Miguel de Ercilla, natural de San Sebastián, y ambos padres de Mariana de Ercilla e I., que sigue, y Bárbara de Ercilla e I., monja en el convento de San Bartolomé, de San Sebastián. Mariana de Ercilla e I. fué Señora de la Casa de I. y contrajo matrimonio con Juan Bautista de Aguirre y Gamarra, natural de Estella, naciendo de esta unión José de Aguirre e I., canónigo de la Catedral de Sevilla y después religioso capuchino y el Capitán de Infanterñia Lorenzo de Aguirre e I. ...
