Ebbe parecchi cavalieri gerosolimitani e fece prova di quarti nei processi Maggiori (1685, 1760), Vivalda (1677), Gromis (1730) e Solaro (1741). Giorgio, che morì nel gennaio 1558, figlio di Baldassare che fu oratore del duca di Milano a Ferrara e cancelliere del Magistrato del sale, sposò in prime nozze (1541) Bianca Maria Turco, figlia ed erede di Antonio, investita di Mombercelli il 10 giugno 1545. Il nipote di costui Giulio Cesare (n. 1534), di Mario, sposò Margherita di Matteo Scarampi erede per testamento del 21 giugno 1670 di porzioni di Belvedere. Da questo matrimonio nacque Carlo Maria che aggiunse al proprio il cognome Scarampi.
