Fino dal 31 dicembre 1485 si trova aggregata al nobile Consiglio di Rovigo. Giovanni III, re di Polonia, con diploma 30 aprile 1863, conferì a questa famiglia il titolo di marchese con trasmissibilità mascolina, titolo che venne confermato dalla Repubblica Veneta con terminazione 2 dicembre 1729 dei Provveditori sopra feudi. Marco Giuseppe, di Marco, fu confermato nella nobiltà il 14 luglio 1820. Altro ramo. Famiglia che ha origine con un'altra famiglia Manfredini del Veneto. Il Sommo Pontefice Benedetto XIV con Breve 23 luglio 1742 cerò conte palatino un Francesco coi discendenti maschi. Il titolo fu confermato dalla Repubblica Veneta ed il 1 dicembre 1742 vennero iscritti nell'A.L.T. Francesco di Camillo, e Antonio Maria e Camillo Giuseppe di Francesco.
