De la rama catalana en la villa de Calella, procedió Juan Marcó del Pont, natural de Calella, que contrajo matrimonio con doña Ana Marcó, su deuda, y fueron padres de Pedro Marcó del Pont y Marcó, natural de Calella y casado allí con doña Mariana Marcó, a la que hizo madre de Quirico Marcó del Pont y Marcó, natural y alcade de Calella que en su muyer doña Paula Mayol, tuvo a Buenaventura Marcó del Pont y Mayol, natural y alcade de Calella, dondé casó con doña María Catalina, de Bori y Llorens. Otra casa muy antigua. Apellido valenciano, extendido por Cataluña, Aragón y Navarra.
