Nobility crown MarconBourgeoisie relatée depuis Guillaume du lieu de Malivernas près St-Pierre Duchamp, clerc de l'église du Puy en 1318. Un notaire de cette nom reçut en 1381, le testament d'Armand vicomte de Polignac. Sa postérité établie à Craponne a produit: Guillaume et Jean notaires royaux et lieutenants de la ville de Craponne (1536-1557); des religieux bénédictins; un prieur d'Arlanc (1547); autre Jean, notaire de Craponne (1592); Claude notaire royal, première consul et député de cette même ville aux Etats du Velay le 14 août 16l4 et Jean bailli de la Voûte en 1678. On rencontre aussi: Jean est dit, en 1654, page de Gaspard-Armand XVII vicomte de Polignac. Branches au Puy et à la Chaise-Dieu. Jacques vivant en 1565 fut l'auteur de celle du Puy qui a donné: André procureur (1678); Jean-Jacques, consul de cette ville (1713); Joseph, doreur et sculpteur, 3° consul (1739) et Ignace-Pascal, 2° consul (1767). La branche de la Chaise-Dieu remonte à Jean, marchand, marié le 21 août 1575 à Françoise Chalvon. On remarque dans sa descendance: des religieux bénédictins; un prieur de la Chapelle-Bertin (1639); des docteurs en droit et en théologie; un bailli de Meilhau, etc.. ...
