Contrajo matrimonio con doña Eugenia María Balbi Spínola, de igual naturaleza (hija de Nicolás Balbi, natural de Génova, y de doña Juana María Spínola, natural de Madrid). Fué su hijo Francisco María M. y Balbi, natural de Madrid y Caballero de la Orden de Alcántara, con fecha 1666.
