Jean, sieur de Lectoure de Quintenas, fut condamné par défaut, le 8 octobre 1698, lors des recherches contre les usurpateurs des titres de noblesse. A la même date fut également condamné Charles-Joseph-Dominique, sieur de Lottoire, demeurant à Saint-Alban en Haut-Vivarais. Claude, consul de Saint-Agrève, catholique, est délégué pour les négociations de la paix, en janvier 1576. Il expose à l'Assiette, de 1581, la misère des habitants de Saint-Agrève et obtient une ordonnance de Montmorency les autorisant à reconstruire leurs maisons. Nous ne savons pas ce que Claude, dont il vient d'être question, est à Jean, bailli de Tence, qui testa, le 31 décembre 1555, et avait épousé en premières noces une personne dont nous ignorons le nom et en deuxièmes noces Jeanne de Montrond. Il eut de son premir mariage Jean, qui suit: Jean II, docteur régent en l'Université de Valence et juge de Velay, épousa le 13 janvier 1589, à Esther de Chambonnet. Il eut par succession la seigneurie de Lotoire en la paroisse d'Ardoix et sa descendance se fixa en Vivarais. Il testa le 24 juillet 1643 et laissa six enfants entre autres: Jacques, conseiller au présidial de Valence, sieur de Lotoire et de Pignieu, en la paroisse de Vernosc, dont: Jean III, sieur de Lotoire et de Pignieu, qui s'allia, le 3 octobre 1662, à Marguerite de Combladour de Montréal et en eut huit enfants. ...
