Juan Fernández de M., casó con doña Marina de M., y fueron padres de Juan Férnández de M., que casó con doña Teresa de la Renteria, a la que hizo madre de Juan Fernández de M. y de la Renteria, esposo de doña María Ibáñez de Arancibia, en la que tuvo a Juan Fernández de M. e Ibáñez de Arancibia, que en unión de su esposa doña María Ortiz de Garduza y de la Renteria, fundó el 22 de Junio de 1600, ante el Escribano Pedro de Arana, un vínculo y mayorazgo, en cabeza de su sobrino Pedro de Laca y M., con la obligación de ostentar como primer apellido el de Fernández de M.
