Hanno per capostipite Geminio, bisavo, di Francesco Antonio, che da Elisabetta Maldura, nobile bargamasca, sposata nel 1602, ebbe Pietro Patrizio, gesuita, missionario nel Messico e Giovanni Silvestro, padre quest'ultimo di Carlantonio, il quale nel 1684 condusse in moglie Maddalena Persevalli, di famiglia oriunda spagnola, estinta nel 1759 con don Giacomo, che abitava e possedeva beni in Ghiara d'Adda.
