Torino, 29 maggio 1749, dec. ivi, 15 aprile 1823), che fu Ministro Plenipotenziario a Berlino (1779), Inviato Straordinario a Londra (1784), Ministro Plenipotenziario a Lisbona (1789) e Ambasciatore a Madrid (1796).
