Outra família homónima descendente, por legítima varonia, de Manuel-Francisco dos Santos, natural da freg. de santa Cristina de Mansores, do extinto conc. de Fermedo, hoje do conc. de Arouca, e de sua mulher Ana de Jesus, que foram pais de João da Silva Marques do Rosário casado com Marcela-Angélica Nunes dos Reis, filha de Theotónio Nunes de Pinho e mulher Luísa-Caetana, naturais e moradores em Arrifana, termo de Oliveira de Azeméis. Daquele casal foi filho o dr. José-António Nunes de Saldanha da Silva (1796-1868), bacharel formado em Direito (U.C.), juiz de fora da comarca de Vila do Conde, advogado, etc., senhor da casa da Terça, em Mansores, que c. em São João da Madeira em 1833, com D. Ana de Oliveira Camossa (1805-1874), filha de João de Oliveira Camossa, cavaleiro fidalgo da C. R. (alvará de 3.7.1802), 1º capitão-mór de Oliveira de Azeméis, cavaleiro da o. de Cristo, etc., e mulher D. Ana-Maria Leite de Rezende, da casa de Fundões, em São João da Madeira. O filho primogénito daquele casal, o dr. Manuel-Baptista Camossa Nunes de Saldanha, foi bacharel formado em Direito (U.C.), presidente da Câmara municipal e adm. do conc. de Arouca, senhor das casas da Terça e de Fundões, grande propietário, tendo sido agraciado (1890) com o título de 1º visconde de Albergaria do Souto Redondo. ...
