Una de sus ramas moró en la villa de Alegría de Álava, perteneciente también al partido de Vitoria, y de ella fué Juan López de O., natural de Alegría de Álava, que vivía en mediados del siglo XVI. Casó y tuvo este hijo Juan López de O., natural de Alegría de Álava y vecino de Medina del Campo (Valladolid), en donde vivió algún tiempo casado con doña Angela de Aguirre y Vergara, natural de Vitoria y vecina de Medina del Campo (hija de Jerónimo de Aguirre Vergara, natural del lugar de Aspuro, del partido de Vitoria, y originario de la villa de Legazpia, del partido de Vergara en Guipúzcoa).
