Nobility crown PadillaTuvo su origen este linaje en el lugar de P. de Yuso, perteneciente al partido judicial de Castrojeriz, en la misma provincia de Burgos. A la ciudad de Valencia pasó una rama de este linaje, quedando allí establecida. Antonio García de P., fue nombrado coadjutor ordinario de la regia corte del reino de Valencia, en 1647, por el rey Felipe IV. Dicho Antonio García de P. casó con doña Victoria Granada, hija de Pedro Pablo Granada, ciudadano de inmemorial, y de doña Angela Ribes, y nieta de Gaspar Granada, ciudadano de inmemorial, y de doña María López Manrique. Doña Victoria obtuvo, por linea de su abuela paterna, doña María, y con imposición de su apellido, el mayorazgo fundado por doña Inés López Manrique y Ladrón de Guevara, vizcondesa de Chelva. De su matrimonio con don Antonio García de P., nació Juan López Manrique, antes García de P., sucesor en dicho mayorazgo, que en su esposa, doña Atanasia de Blanes, tuvo a Irene García de P., que a la muerte de su padre obtuvo sentencia del supremo Consejo de Aragón declarándola sucesora de aquel mayorazgo con la imposición del apellido López Manrique. Contrajo matrimonio con Juan Ignacio Ruiz, y fueron padres de Mariana López Manrique, antes Ruiz y García de P., que también obtuvo sentencia declarándola sucesora en el repetido mayorazgo. Contrajo matrimonio con Marcelino Jimeno, naciendo de esta unión Pedro Vicente Jimeno, que casó con doña María Vicenta Tejedor, de la casa de los marqueses de Montortal. ...
