Más modernamente pertenecía a la misma familia en la ciudad de Murcia Alonso P., Merino del Marqués de los Vélez, que en su esposa doña Luisa de Negrón y Oria, tuvo estos hijos: Rodrigo P., marido de doña Blanca Dávalos, sin sucesión; Francisco P., casado con doña Ginesa Fajardo, también sin sucesión; Juan Antonio P., que contrajo matrimonio en Cartagena con doña Juana Ardid (hija de Alonso Ardid); Luis P. Negrón, que sigue; Luisa Negrón y Oria; y Alonso P. y Oria, que casó en Murcia con su prima hermana doña Juana P. ...
