Esso Giovan Vincenzo ebbe per figlio Achille, il quale fu padre di Francesco e Renato, che per concessione 24 gennaio 1707 di Francesco I Farnese duca di Parma e Piacenza ottennero il titolo di "conte", trasmissibile a tutti i maschi. Da Francesco nacquero Achille "junior" e Francesco "junior". Con decreto 10-20 maggio 1770 il granduca Pietro Leopoldo di Toscana riconosceva la Nobiltà di Arezzo e il titolo comitale di Achille e Francesco Paglicci di Castiglion Fiorentino, figli di Francesco "senior" e nipoti di Renato di lui fratello; e per decreto 24 settembre dello stesso anno essi fratelli venivano iscritti nel Libro d'Oro dei Nobili d'Arezzo.
