P., Señor de las casas de la Cobaya y Regidor perpetuo en el concejo de Piloña, fué padre de N. P. y Ayala, que sigue, y El Licenciado Diego de P. y Ayala, que formó la rama de Cuba. N. P. y Ayala, hijo mayor, fué Señor de la casa solar de Cobaya y Regidor perpetuo en Piloña. Casó con una señora de apellido Trespalacios, a la que hizo madre de Antonia de P. y Trespalacios, que sigue, y Gaspar de P. yTrespalacios, natural de Piloña. Pasó a América. Fué Oficial de las Reales Cajas de Guatemala desde 1789 y Ministro de la Real Hacienda en Honduras. Contrajo matrimonio con doña Loreto del Aguila, naciendo de esta unión José Jacinto P. del Aguila, y María Josefa P. del Aguila, nacida hacia 1794 y fallecida en la ciudad de Guatelama el 6 de Junio de 1840. Casó con Cayetano Bosque de León, siendo su hijo el Doctor Cayetano Bosque y P., nacido en Honduras en 1825 y casado en Quezaltenango, el 6 de Enero de 1852, con doña María Tomasa Martínez de Aparicio y Limón. Antonia de P. y Trespalacios, nació en Infiesto y contrajo matrimonio con José Vicente Álvarez de Tamargo y Pedruco, natural de Sevares y Señor del mayorazgo de la Estrada.
