Nobility crown PizanoLa familia P. tuvo fama en la isla de Malta, y de esa rama dimanó la línea radicada en el Departamento de Antioquia (Colombia). Teresa P. y su marido Antonio Esquembri residieron en la isla de Malta y fueron padres de Francisco Esquembri P., natural de Malta, en donde vivió varios años casado con doña Catalina Dingle, de la que no tuvo sucesión. Marchó luego a Colombia, estableciéndose en Medellín, volviendo allí a casar, el 27 de Julio de 1793, con doña Rosalía puerta Veláquez. Viudo de esta señora, contrajo terceras nupcias don Francisco con doña María Jesús Jaramillo Gaviria. Del segundo matrimonio nacieron Teresa P. Puerta, mujer de Manuel María Bonís; Nicolasa, que casó con José Milagros Isaza; y Pablo P. Puerta, que sigue. Del tercer matrimonio fueron hijos Ramón P. Jaramillo, casado con doña Soledad Lema Álvarez; María del Carmen, que efecutó su enlace con Miguel Gómez Restrepo; Vicente, que se unió en matrimonio con doña Concepción Mesa Toro; Rudesinda, mujer de Fermín Isaza Gaviria; Francisca, casada con Alejandra Soto Benítez; Alberto, que casó con doña Carmen Jaramillo Pérez Palacio; y José Antonio P. Jaramillo. Pablo P. Puerta, hijo tercero del segundo matrimonio, fué vecino de Medellín y celebró su enlace, el 5 de Febrero de 1821, con doña María Josefa Restrepo Escobar, de la que enviudó, volviendo a casar con doña Gertrudis Restrepo Escobar, prima de la anteirior. Del primer matrimonio nacieron Wencelao P. Restrepo, Ulpiana, y Juan Crisóstomo. ...
