Nobility crown PortogalliOriginari della Spagna conti della Puebla ed imparentati coi discendenti di Cristoforo Colombo. Pietro cavaliere di S. Giacomo e capitano dell'Imperatore Carlo VI; Antonio con cesareo dispaccio 29 Luglio 1722, fatto cittadino dello stato di Milano con esenzione da qualunque tassa, era generale d'infanteria e d'artiglieria; un altro Antonio, governatore, consigliere intimo di stato, marchese di Castano e Buscate; Giovanni Vescovo di Mantova; e Diego cavaliere di S. Giacomo e Maggiore. Questi ultimi tre avevano il loro sepolcro in S. Michele alla Chiusa, ma nel 1768 le loro ceneri furono trasportate a Milano e tumulate nella cappella gentilizia della loro famiglia nella Chiesa di S. Bernardino alle Ossa, dove tuttora si trova la loro arma scolpita in marmo. Stemma della famiglia: Inquartato; nel primo di rosso, alla torre d'oro, aperta e finestrata del campo, e torricellata di tre pezzi; nel secondo d'argento, al leone di rosso; nel terzo al mare di verde increspato e seminato d'isolette e scogli d'oro; nel quarto d'azzurro, a cinque ancore d'oro; 3 e 2, poste in palo; colla punta spaccata di rosso e d'argento, alla banda d'azzurro, sull'argento. Sul tutto uno scudetto d'argento a cinque scudetti d'azzurro, caricati ciascuno di cinque bisanti d'argento, mercanti nel centro di un punto nero, ordinati in croce di S. Andrea; detto scudo bordato di rosso a sette castelli d'oro, 3 in capo e 2 in ciascun fianco. ...
