De allí pasaron a Madrid y Getafe, a Murcia y Cartagena, y a las provincias de Soria y Navarra. La más antigua genealogía de esta familia consta en una ejecutoria de nobleza dada en Valladolid en 20 de Septiembre de 1594, a favor de Lorenzo G. de Sepúlveda, vecino de Getafe y Madrid. Dicha ejecutoria se conserva en el Archivo de la Chancillería de la citada capital castellana y la filiación que contiene comienza en Fernándo G. de Sepúlveda, dueño del lugar de Segovilla, donde tenía casa fuerte, que tuvo por hijo a Martín G. de Sepúlveda, casado con doña Isabel de Bellosillo, a la que hizo madre de Lorenzo G. de Sepúlveda y Bellosillo, que casó con doña Isabel de Pereda, y procrearon a Andrés G. de ...
