Famiglia ascritta al Maggior Consiglio di Bergamo. Con ducale veneta del 1702 i fratelli Gio. Andrea, Giovanni e Girolamo ebbero il titolo comitale, col quale i discendenti loro vennero ascritti al "Libro d'oro dei veri titolati" con decreto del Magistrato de' Feudi, 16 dicembre 1793. Con sovrana risoluzione 13 maggio 1825 furono confermati nell'antica nobiltà.
