Questo ramo conserva il cognome Manzoni, derivante da Marianna Manzoni, moglie di Antonio e madre del predetto Giuseppe. Da Gerolamo nacque Angelo (Milano, S. Nazaro, 8 ottobre 1859), il quale con R.D. 1 nov. 1909, fu autorizzato ad aggiungere il cognome Caccia a quello T.-Manzoni.
