Nobility crown Venturi GinoriIl cav. Ippolito, del senatore Neri, con atto 10 marzo 1792, adottò per figlia Carolina, del cav. Pietro Colon, la quale si maritò col marchese Paolo Garzoni di Lucca. Nacque da questa unione, Marianna, alla quale l'avo di adozione, morendo nel 1817, lasciò la parte maggiore delle sue sostanze con obbligo di mantenere vivo il cognome della sua casa che veniva a spegnersi con lui. Marianna andò sposa al marchese Leopoldo Carlo Ginori Lisci; e venuta a morte nel 1862, si trovò che con testamento 14 maggio 1861 aveva istituito erede il nipote ex filio Ippolito, di Lorenzo, con l'onere di assumere per suo primo cognome quello V.: ciò fu autorizzato con sentenza del tribunale di Firenze del 6 luglio 1901. La famiglia aveva dato alla Repubblica 21 priori e 5 gonfalonieri di giustizia; e 5 dei suoi membri erano stati chiamati, durante il Principato, a far parte del Senato dei Quarantotto. Nell'attuazione della legge del 1750 sulla nobiltà e cittadinanza in Toscana era stata iscritta nel Libro d'Oro dei Patrizi di Firenze, con decreto 19 aprile 1751. La famiglia è iscritta nell'Elenco Ufficiale Nobiliare Italiano coi titoli di marchese di Riparbella (mf.), nobile dei conti di Urbeck (mf.), patrizio fiorentino (mf.), in persona di Ippolito, di Lorenzo, di Carlo Ginori Lisci. Figli: Roberto, Nello, Maria Anna. Motto della famiglia: Omne trinum perfectum; Quid pulchrius lumine trino? ...
