Verelli, 15 settembre 1811), figlio dell'avvocato Giovanni Pietro, che venne infeudato di Sant'Agabio il 22 settembre 1756 e investito col titolo baronale nel 1760. Carlo sposò Paola, del marchese Carlo Carcano, e furono suoi figli, fra gli altri, Camillo (deced. Vercelli, 6 settembre 1830) e Mario (n. Vercelli 15 giugno 1783) che vennero autorizzati di provvedersi di un titolo imperiale (1812). Da Camillo nacque Enrico (n. Vercelli 29 dicembre 1812; deced. Torino 31 maggio 1859), che dalle sue nozze con Fortunata Galvagno di Bubbio, ebbe Roberto (n. Casale, 11 dicembre 1856). Altro ramo.
