Andres del Aguila, natural de Almadén, de la Plata, hijo de Bernabé Martín y de María Sánchez, con su mujer Francisca Núñez, natural de Ciudad Rodrigo, hija de Pedro V. y de Inés Pacheco, emprendió viaje desde Sevilla al Nuevo Reino de León para hacerse cargo de la herencia de su tío muerto sin descendencia el 8 mayo 1579, partió el 8 junio 1580 y una vez en su destino participó en la política y ocupó el cargo de Contable acumulando una fortuna mayor de la de su tío, murió diez años después víctima del mal de miserere (apendicitis) dejando tres hijos todos reconocidos en su testamento.
