Nobility crown VilosaDe Cataluña, con casa pairal en Corsá desde donde pasaron a Gerona y luego a Barcelona. Bernardo de V. y de Hortal-Queixás-Climent, natural de La Bisbal (Gerona), obtuvo privilegio de caballero del principado, dado por Carlos II, en Madrid, el 13 de junio de 1677. A Rafael de V.,natural de Barcelona, señor de Garsola (Urgel) y regente de la cancillería del consejo supremo de Aragón, le fue concedido el privilegio de noble del principado de Cataluña, dado en Madrid, el 30 de septiembre de 1669, por Carlos II. El estudio del escudo heráldico familiar nos "habla" de quienes formaron el origen de la familia V., pues esa era su función, la de manifestar a los demás sus elementos diferenciales. Los esmaltes del arma de los V. pregonan los siguientes valores: el Azur corresponde al símbolo del agua, de la continuidad de la vida, es un color de nobleza, belleza, castidad y fidelidad, además otras virtudes caracterizaban a la familia, tales como la abundancia económica, la perseverancia, la suerte, la fama y el afán de victoria. ...
