Anticamente detta Zambelli de Turribus. Furono creati cavalieri del Sacro Romano Impero l'11 Settembre 1778, e conti dell'Impero il 13 Settembre 1790. A questa famiglia ha appartenuto il titolo di Conte, titolo che solevasi dagli imperatori a coloro che erano al loro fianco. Da questi Conti si sceglieva coloro che venivano destinati a soprintendere agli uffizi del regio palazzo, ed altri erano mandati al governo delle provincie dell'impero ed a gurdare i confini. Inquartato; nel primo e quarto d'argento, al leone uscente di rosso, movente dal partito; nel secondo e terzo di rosso, a due torri al naturale, finestrate del campo, comunicanti fra loro a mezzo di una cortina al naturale, forata da una porta del campo, il tutto sostenuto da una terrazza di verde. Sul tutto uno scudetto d'azzurro, bordato d'oro, e caricato da un albero terrazzato di verde. Cimiero: I. e III. Un leone uscente di rosso; II. Un volo spaccato alternativamente di rosso e d'argento.
