Carlo, che fu sergente maggiore di Asti, acquistò punti di celle dai Berlingieri il 22 marzo 1688, e ne fu investito il 25 agosto 1688. Il figlio di costui, Secondo Giuseppe, che fu investito nel 1701 vendette punti di Celle il 24 luglio 1697 al cugino Giulio Cesare. Si estinse la linea primogenita con Ignazio, di Gio. Francesco, che era certosino col nome di padre Secondo, e quindi secolarizzato con Breve del 9 febbraio 1798. Giovanni Zamelli, fu avvocato fiscale patrimoniale in Asti e referendario d'Asti.
