Padilla y Jaraquemada, hijo primogénito de Teniente General de Artillería Don Luis Antonio Romero-Z., II de nombre. Era de noble origen y antiguo solar en Montemolín, de la provincia de Badajoz, en Extremadura. Don Cristóbal de Z.
