En Baleares tuvo casa solar en Mallorca, y fue tronco de esta rama Pedro A., que el 5 de junio de 1343 juró fidelidad, como diputado de dicha ciudad, al rey don Pedro IV de Aragón. Depués prestó igual juramento en representación de la villa de Montuiri, del partido judicial de Manacor. El rey don Martín, en el año de 1408, y en el día de su coronación, armó caballero a Martín A.. Arnaldo A. fue encargado de la defensa del reino de Mallorca cuando se creyó que el moro iba sobre la isla. Jaime A., en 1411, fue uno de los electores de Aragón que intervinieron en el célebre compromiso de Caspe. Juan A. fue síndico de Mallorca, en la corte de Aragón, y el rey le autorizó para imponer censos, en 1448, sobre su real patrimonio en la isla de Mallorca, y vender, si menester fuese, fincas de la corona para atender a las urgencias del Estado. Bartolomé A., en 1451, era "juris utriusque doctor" y asesor del gobernador de Mallorca. Juan A. acompañó a don Alfonso V de Aragón, primer rey de las dos Sicilias, a la conquista de Nápoles. Obtuvo de este soberano el nombramiento de síndico de Mallorca y el privilegio de que los jurados se hiciesen por insaculación.
