Insignita dell'incolato tirolese del 1361, ottenne il titolo di barone del S.R.I. dall'imp. Leopoldo con diploma dato a Vienna li 27 agosto 1692 a favore dei fratelli e cugini Nicolò, Giovanni Giuseppe, Carlo Tomaso, Francesco Giuseppe Massimiliano e Francesco Elia.
