Contrajo matrimonio en la Parroquia de los Remedios de La Laguna, (Tenerife), el 25 de abril de 1615, con Don Juan de Meza Luzardo y Porras, Capitán de Infantería española, Regidor Perpetuo, decano de Tenerife y Alcaide del castillo principal de Santa Cruz. Fueron sus hijas: Doña María, Doña Ana de Santa Lucía, Doña Juana de la Pasión y Doña Francisca de la Trinidad de Mesa B. deCaldas y Porras, nacidas todas en san Cristóbal de la Laguna; las tres últimas profesaron como religiosas en Santa Clara de dicha Ciudad.
