Nobility crown BigolottiProvenne questa famiglia da un Antonio di Lenzano in Val di Ledro, il di cui figlio Pietro (m. 1670) emigrò a Montereale in Friuli, ivi accasandosi. Arricchitasi la famiglia col commercio dei legnami, fece vasti acquisti di terreni, venne ascritta alla nobiltà di Sacile ed ottenne dal governo veneto l'investitura nelle persone dei fratelli Giuseppe e don Giacomo di Niccolò di un carato della contea della Meduna con ducale 2 maggio 1781. Ai membri della famiglia venne confermato il titolo di conte della Meduna con S.R.A. 19 gennaio 1831 e venne iscritta nell'Elenco Ufficiale. Mario Lucio, n.
