PP. in data 6 settembre 1748, Carlo Emanuele III, re di Sardegna, confermava i privilegi trasmissibili di cavalierato, di nobiltà e di concessione di armi gentilizie, già conceduti nel 1715 dall'imperatore Carlo VI al fu Giuseppe, a favore dei suoi figli e dei suoi nipoti Raffaele e Vincenzo, di Castelsardo e loro discendenti maschi da maschi.
