Arricchitasi la famiglia col commercio dei legnami, fece vasti acquisti di terreni, venne ascritta alla nobiltà di Sacile ed ottenne dal governo veneto l'investitura nelle persone dei fratelli Giuseppe e don Giacomo di Niccolò di un carato della contea della Meduna con ducale 2 maggio 1781. Ai membri della famiglia venne confermato il titolo di conte della Meduna con S.R.A. 19 gennaio 1831 e venne iscritta nell'Elenco Ufficiale. Mario Lucio, n. Montereale Cellina, 5 maggio 1886, di Caterino, di Lucio Sigismondo e di Emilia Bresolin, spos. Aviano 5 giugno 1912, con Maria Longo; da cui: 1. Caterina, n. Montereale, 15 marzo 1914; 2. Emilia, n. Montereale 17 agosto 1922; 4. Caterino Giuseppe, n. Montereale 3 aprile 1926 (Montereale Cellina).
