Nobility crown DujeuneFamille consulaire du Puy. On trouve son nom diversement écrit Jeune, Dujeune et sous ancien nom latin Juvenis. Laurent Juvenis est dit clerc de St-Paulien en 1347. Jean et Guillaume Juvenis sont cités dans le terrier des recettes du chapitre de St-Agrève du Puy (1381). Pierre Juvenis, clerc, est au nombre des témoins du foi-hommage rendu le 22 mars 1394, par Gilles Vilate coseigneur de Pradelles et de Jonchères, à Randon-Armand X vicomte de Polignac. Durand vivait le 6 novembre 1416 et Jacob, notaire du Puy, en 1428. Antoine Juvenis, alias du Jeune, médecin, devint premier consul du Puy (1539). André, alias Jeune, notaire, était garde du scel du bailliage du Velay en 1535-1540 et second consul du Puy (1545). Un sescal de la même ville (1548). Autre André Jeune ou Dujeune, seigneur de Montgiraud, paroisse de St-Voy, conseiller du roi, puis lieutenant particulier en la sénéchaussée (1583), institua des Jeux floraux au Puy, par son testament du 30 juin 1586. Il avait épousé Gabrielle d'Alzon et désigna pour son héritier noble Pierre Farnier, seigneur de St-Martin. ...
