Este linaje es de Aragón. Jaime Febrer cita a mosén F., que pasó desde Huesca a la conquista del reino de Valencia en ocasión en que se había ganado el castillo del Puig. Fue caballerizo del Rey Don Jaime I y hombre de mucha suerte para cuantos negocios emprendía. Residió en Játiva siendo de edad muy avanzada y procuró que el oficio que ejercía recayese en favor de su hijo. En el año de 1114 era Señor de Santa Olario (Huesca) un caballero apellidado F., que sirvió a los reyes Don Alonso el Batallador, en la conquista de Zaragoza, y, después, a su hermano Don Ramiro II el Monje en 1137. Marco F., Ricohombre, sirvió en 1180 al Rey Don Alonso II de Aragón. Fué natural de Huesca. Otro Marco F. de Trencavello fué Vizconde de Veves y sirvió al Rey Don Jaime I en la conquista de Valencia. Pedro F. sirvió al mismo Monarca en 1255, y otro Pedro F. al Rey Don Jaime II de Aragón. Miguel F. fué Capitán de una compañía en la guerra contra Castilla en tiempos del Rey Don Alonso V de Aragón, en 1457. En 1479 era Pedro F. Cardenal Obispo de Tarazona, y Miguel F. fué armado caballero por el Rey Don Fernando el Católico. Otro Miguel F. fué Procurador y Ricohombre, que asistió a las Cortes de 1510, y Pedro F. a las de 1528. Miguel F., vecino de Zaragoza, era Inquisidor infanzón en 1583. ...
