Costanzo fu capitano; nel 1580 ottenne la cittadinanza romana con tutta la famiglia Pietro fu vescovo di Alatri e nobile romano sotto Gregorio XIII. Antonio nel 1582 fu fatto Conte Palatino e Cavaliere. Nel 1810 il ramo primogenito di questa fam., aggiunse per eredità il cognome e lo stemma de' Cavalieri.
