Inquartato: al primo e quarto d'azzurro alla fontana d'argento, fondata sulla campagna di verde; la fontana a due bacini, con due getti nel superiore e due nell'inferiore, uscenti da due divinità marine, addossate e soffianti in una conchiglia; al secondo e terzo d'oro all'uomo vecchio barbuto in maestà, vestito d'azzurro, cinto e guarnito al collare ed ai polsini d'oro, troncato in foggia di giglio rovesciato, tenente colla destra alzata un uccello, colla sinistra una spada d'argento, posta in sbarra, attraversante sul busto. Cimiero: Un pennacchio di cinque penne di struzzo, tre nere alternate da due bianche (ricon. 1896).
